As a mowing foreman/team lead, you will manage a small team and delight clients with the best-looking lawn in their neighborhood. We work at Cincinnati’s finest homes and businesses, creating beautiful and inviting outdoor spaces that stand out.

We count on our mowing foreman/team leads to inspire their coworkers and model the highest degree of customer service. It’s a big job and we truly appreciate those who can pull it off.

Do you have what it takes?

• A valid driver’s license
• Three years of experience in residential mowing and a desire to be mentored and directed by our operations manager
• Ability to efficiently and safely operate and maintain a truck/trailer combo and an Exmark walk-behind mower
• Experience reading landscape designs

• Reviewing daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand
• Assuring mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized
• Coordinating and communicating work with our customers, considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide professionally manicured yards
• Taking responsibility for the quality, productivity and efficiency of your team
• Maintaining accurate paperwork for job tracking
• Overseeing the team’s work, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure the highest quality work is completed in a professional and efficient manner
