Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Inspector role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment accurately.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify defects or non-conformances and communicate findings to production teams and supervisors.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall product quality.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
