Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Inspector role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify defects or non-conformances and communicate findings to production teams and supervisors.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall product quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive hourly wage $26-$32 DOE.
