Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Day Shift Quality Inspector role in Cincinnati, OH

Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
- Utilize measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection instruments to verify product specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure product conformity.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving quality issues, non-conformances, and production defects.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Assist with audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety protocols.
- Promptly communicate quality concerns and recommendations to supervisors and leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
- Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs as needed.
- Experience with quality systems such as ISO standards is a plus.
- Competitive hourly wage. $25-$32 DOE.
