Quality Inspector
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday - first shift hours.

Responsibilities- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
- Measure product dimensions using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Compare products against blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Document inspection results accurately and report nonconformance issues.
- Approve or reject products based on inspection outcomes and company standards.
- Tag, isolate, and communicate about nonconforming materials.
- Support production teams by identifying quality issues early in the process.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- Assist in root cause investigations and corrective action processes.
- Follow all company safety rules, quality procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Communicate with supervisors, leads, and production teams about inspection results and quality concerns.
- Flexible to work within 6:30am-5pm hours

- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in quality control a plus.
- Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects and inconsistencies.
- Basic computer skills for logging inspection results and using quality tracking systems.
- Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to document and report findings.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality standards and procedures.
