Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Support Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting both Bottling and South Terminal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain critical QC processes within the manufacturing operation as assigned.

+ Utilize critical thinking and attention-to-detail skills to check, measure, monitor, and record production to meet quality standards.

+ Ensure all quality checks are performed at the defined frequency throughout each production run.

+ Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to prepare production lots for release.

+ Conduct TAMU training and audit line leads and operators to ensure competency and compliance.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required;
Associates degree related to science, Quality Assurance Certification, or 3+ years of quality assurance experience preferred.

+ Food Safety / HACCP certification is a plus.

+ At least 2 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while building cross-functional relationships.

+

Experience with ISO 9001, GMP, and other quality programs is advantageous.
