Qualify testing equipment and validate laboratory data systems to ensure data integrity per 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11; ensure cGMP compliance;
Lead commissioning/qualification of laboratory equipment and software validation; manage method transfer, validation/verification, and lifecycle improvements;
Provide system administration for QC software, including data backup and GDP-aligned documentation;
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering/Maintenance, QA, Manufacturing, R&D) to meet QC objectives and CAPA;
Mentor and develop staff; drive cGMP, safety, and continuous improvement; respond to laboratory/safety issues and support OOS investigations
