This role is located at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).

• Assist with improvement projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze operational data.
• Attend and interact in team meetings.
• Problem solve individually, and with production and engineering teams.

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
• AutoCAD or Creo skills.
• Understanding of process and product specifications.
• Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
