This role is located at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).
Key Responsibilities- Assist with improvement projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze operational data.
- Attend and interact in team meetings.
- Problem solve individually, and with production and engineering teams.
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
- AutoCAD or Creo skills.
- Understanding of process and product specifications.
- Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- On‑the‑job training and hands‑on opportunities in the field of study.
- Experience in action planning, project management, and collaborative teamwork.
- Exposure to continuous improvement activities and lean principles.
