** Position Summary*
* The Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Technician supports routine laboratory testing activities to facilitate the release of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples. Working within a highly regulated GMP environment, this role is responsible for performing laboratory support functions in accordance with approved procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and data integrity.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career laboratory professionals looking to build experience within pharmaceutical quality control and regulated laboratory operations.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Prepare solutions and reagents for chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.

+ Perform routine laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.

+ Accurately document laboratory activities, observations, and test results in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.

+ Operate, calibrate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment, including balances, pH meters, and other analytical instrumentation.

+ Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP requirements.

+ Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies, chemicals, standards, and reagents.

+ Follow all laboratory safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.

+ Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

+ Collaborate with Quality Control team members to ensure timely completion of laboratory testing and release activities.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

+ 0-1 year of laboratory experience through industry, internships, academic research, or coursework preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

+ Ability to accurately follow SOPs, laboratory procedures, and quality standards.

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

+ Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience working in a GMP, GLP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated laboratory environment.

+ Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, analytical testing, and laboratory documentation practices.

+ Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

** Work Environment &

Physical Requirements *
* + Laboratory environment requiring adherence to GMP and laboratory safety procedures.

+ Day shift schedule beginning at  
** 6:00 AM** , Monday through Friday.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods while performing laboratory activities.

+ Ability to lift and carry laboratory supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.

+ Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

** Pay Details:**  $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
