Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CMM Programmer role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision parts and assemblies.
- Develop and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar platforms.
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications to ensure accurate measurement and inspection.
- Perform first article, in‑process, and final inspections to verify product conformance.
- Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports for internal teams and customers.
- Identify non‑conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
