White Castle is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA and sanitation teams in our Cincinnati plant. You will monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure FDA and internal specifications are met.
You will guide team members on quality, food safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements, lead the SQF program, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with other departments to maintain safety and quality standards.
