I'm working with a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer that's expanding into exciting new markets and investing heavily in advanced manufacturing technologies. This is located in a new state-of-the-art facility just north of Cincinnati, OH. Their work supports next-generation aerospace programs, including components used in advanced spacecraft applications.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CMM Programmer who wants to work on highly engineered products while enjoying the flexibility to choose the shift that works best for their lifestyle.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and run CMM programs using Metro logic, PC-DMIS, and related software.
  • Perform dimensional layouts on metal and plastic components, assemblies, and fixtures.
  • Generate customer-facing inspection reports and analyze measurement data.
  • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing programs and processes.
  • Support metrology operations, Faro Arm measurements, fixture reviews, and quality initiatives.
  • Train operators and communicate results to internal teams and customers.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of CMM programming experience.
  • Experience with Metro logic or PC-DMIS.
  • Strong GD&T and blueprint-reading skills.
  • Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP).
  • Experience with precision measuring equipment and CAD data.
  • Poly Works and Faro Arm experience are a plus.
