Real Estate Agent

Overview

We are seeking a driven, client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an agent who thrives in a collaborative environment, values strong systems and marketing support, and wants to focus on serving clients while building a sustainable, long-term business.

As a team agent, you’ll work closely with the Team Leads and fellow agents to represent buyers and sellers, manage transactions from first contact to closing, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll have access to proven processes, marketing resources, and team-generated opportunities while still being encouraged to grow your own book of business.

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, inspections, and closing
• Follow established team systems, standards, and communication practices
• Respond promptly and professionally to client and lead inquiries
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and brokerage requirements
• Participate in team meetings, training, and community or marketing events

• Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
