Position: Leasing Professional

Location: Towne Properties - Cincinnati, OH

Office

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 11AM-4PM

Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

You’ll play a key role in driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional customer experience. From first contact through move-in, you’ll support prospects and residents while helping keep the community organized, market‑ready, and welcoming.

• Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow‑up communication in Yardi
• Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
• Ensure a smooth, seamless move‑in experience and confirm property readiness
• Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market‑ready vacancies
• Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks
• Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events.

You’re a motivated, customer‑focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast‑paced environment. You bring strong organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, helping create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents while supporting the success of the community.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing or relevant sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
• Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
• Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on community engagement and customer service
• Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
• Valid driver’s license
