Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a prudent Assistant Property Manager to be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of assigned multi‑family residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value and revenue by maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

• Oversee daily site operations of multi‑family properties ensuring smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and contractors
• Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Help manage budgets, control expenses, and support revenue growth
• Work closely with Property Manager to meet performance goals

• Experience as an Assistant Property Manager in multi‑family housing is required. Experience as a Property Manager is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).
