Cincinnati, OH
. We are offering up to $18.00/hr.
PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits.

• Pay up to $16.00 - $18.00/hr. to start
• Up to $100.00 Commissions on new lease signings
• Tuition Reimbursement
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours year 1, 120 hours year 2

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Travel is a requirement

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, salesorcustomer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
• Yardi experience a plus!
