Midland Atlantic is seeking a detail-oriented Tenant Coordination Specialist to support the leasing-to-occupancy process across multiple properties in Ohio. You will manage lease exhibits, gather tenant documentation, and coordinate approvals to ensure timely occupancy and compliance with Landlord and Tenant obligations.
You will also maintain accurate tenant files, assist with accounts receivable and collections, and prepare monthly reports for PM and Controller.
