Commercial Property Manager

a leading services provider in contract administration and negotiation for the tech sector, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee and manage properties leased by our tech clients. This role serves as an integral part of our commitment to ensuring optimal contract terms and conditions for commercial real estate leases. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of commercial property operations to maintain and increase the value of real estate investments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial properties.
• Plan, schedule, and control for budget management, cost forecasting, and expense monitoring of properties.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, resolving issues and overseeing lease compliance.
• Coordinate with leasing agents to negotiate and manage lease terms and renewals.
• Implement and monitor robust facility management practices, aligning with client-specific needs in the tech sector.
• Prepare detailed reports on property status, including occupancy rates, leasing activities, and financial performance, tailored for tech industry clients.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations specific to commercial properties.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to verify contracts and terms are favorable and competitively structured.
