The City of Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Senior Real Property Specialist to lead the acquisition, relocation, disposition and management of City real estate projects funded by City, State or Federal programs.
You will coordinate with divisions, departments and outside agencies, supervise staff, oversee budgets, review appraisals, negotiate terms, and prepare clear, concise reports for leadership and council. A related bachelor’s degree and appropriate certifications are preferred.
