* Prepare and maintain weekly collections reporting, including trend analysis, historical performance tracking, and portfolio-level insights.
* Assist with legal default calendar tracking, legal meeting follow-up, and administrative reporting.
* Analyze sales per square foot, occupancy rates, lease renewal exposure, and other portfolio performance metrics.
* Attend leasing and portfolio management meetings; document action items and track follow-up activities.
* Review and update SWOT analyses, market intelligence, demographic data, and residential development trends.
* Maintain site plans, tenant data, and property documentation across the portfolio.
* Support grocer portfolio analysis and joint venture reporting projects.
* Commercial real estate portfolio management and asset management fundamentals.
* Lease analysis, occupancy reporting, and portfolio performance evaluation.
* Data analytics, reporting tools, dashboard development, and trend analysis.
* Legal coordination processes and tenant default tracking.
* Market research, demographic analysis, and redevelopment planning.
* Joint venture ownership structures and institutional reporting requirements.
