Research Assistant

This is a full-time, on‑site Research Assistant role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, collecting and analyzing data, performing research to support ongoing studies, and documenting and communicating findings clearly. The role requires collaboration with peers and supervisors to ensure successful execution of research projects, as well as contributing to the progress and innovation of pediatric healthcare research.

• Strong Research skills, including conducting literature reviews and supporting ongoing scientific studies
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including mouse handling and the use of laboratory equipment
• Analytical Skills and experience in performing accurate data collection, interpretation, and problem solving
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to document, report, and present findings effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Biology and medicine
• Bioinformatic skills on single cell sequencing analysis is preferred
