Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, collecting and analyzing data, performing research to support ongoing studies, and documenting and communicating findings clearly. The role requires collaboration with peers and supervisors to ensure successful execution of research projects, as well as contributing to the progress and innovation of pediatric healthcare research.
Qualifications- Strong Research skills, including conducting literature reviews and supporting ongoing scientific studies
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including mouse handling and the use of laboratory equipment
- Analytical Skills and experience in performing accurate data collection, interpretation, and problem solving
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to document, report, and present findings effectively
- Experience with Data Analysis tools and methods
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
