Scientific Writer & Research Development Specialist, UC Cancer Center
A full time Scientific Writer & Research Development Specialist position is available in the UC Cancer Center at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. This position will provide high-level writing, editing, project coordination, and analytical support for cancer-focused research funding initiatives and Cancer Center strategic priorities.
This position supports faculty investigators in the development of competitive grant proposals, contributes to the preparation and management of the Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) and related reports, and assists with strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
Required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant work experience in grant writing or research development, preferably in an academic medical center, cancer center, or research-intensive environment.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
