Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Our busy hotel is looking for a detail-oriented person to set up and take down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils.

• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed

• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

$14 - $15 hourly
