** Big Boy Restaurants is looking for a friendly and efficient Drive-Thru Attendant to provide excellent customer service while taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring quick and accurate service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
** Responsibilities:
*** Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take accurate food and drink orders using the drive-thru system.
* Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
* Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure food orders are correctly prepared and delivered promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru station.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
* Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
* Assist with stocking and inventory as needed.
* Uphold Big Boys’ standards of customer service and quality.
** Requirements:
*** Previous customer service or fast food experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
* Friendly and positive attitude.
* Must be able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
