Lead shifts every week to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage assigned systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks to teams, and report results.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience; manage promotions; train service staff; organize Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, that food is safe, food cost is controlled, and production procedures are trained.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew.
