Cocktail Server - Rosedale

Overview

Rosedale is now hiring a Cocktail Server. As a cocktail server, you will ensure guests have a great experience by creating a fun environment and remaining in constant awareness of the guest’s needs. You must maintain thorough knowledge of bar products, service standards, and daily specials, events and parties, and be able to prioritize service and execute accordingly.

• Engage with guests and provide fast, accurate service with positive guest relations.
• Maintain knowledge on beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties as shared through pre-shift touch points and manager emails.
• Adhere to dress code, appearance and grooming standards specified in the manual.
• Provide excellent communication and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain a hospitality mindset, demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability.
• Work well under pressure and maintain a professional manner throughout shifts.
• Use POS systems proficiently.

• Experience in bars/restaurants, the hospitality industry, or customer service is preferred.
• Weekend, weekend late night and evening availability is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous server or other bar/restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state.
