Primary Responsibilities:- Greet guests and provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes.
- Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
- Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper food delivery.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk and carry plates for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
- Serv Safe Certification (may be obtained upon hiring).
