The Piesan is the front‑line team member who creates and presents menu items, maintains shop cleanliness, and embodies the company's mission, vision, and values.

• Be at least 21 years of age or older

The LNS Piesan is our front line employee—often the first face a guest sees. The role embraces LNS’s mission, vision, and values to create an excellent guest experience while treating peers with fairness and respect. Piesans are directly responsible for preparing menu items, following the training curriculum, and upholding a clean work area.

• Prepare and make all food items during the shift, following directives from the direct supervisor.
• Maintain shop cleanliness in accordance with Open, Close, and During procedures.
• Use checklists to ensure store cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor when interacting with guests, peers, and supervisors.
• Treat each guest with fairness and respect during all transactions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
