* Job Description:

** Steakhouse Server  This position is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests in our new fine-dining restaurant, ensuring a positive guest experience.  Responsibilities:  Essential duties include, but are not limited to:  
• Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.  
• Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner.  
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.  
• Other assignments as directed.  
• Complete assigned side work  
• Provide upscale curated dining experience  
• Maintain professional appearance  
• Full Menu comprehension  
• Anticipate guests needs  
• Suggest Features/ Upsell  
• Assist the operation by running food from the kitchen to guests throughout the restaurant  
• Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention

Qualifications:

• Past food serving experience is required, fine-dining experience preferred.  
• Open availability is preferred.  
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.  
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.  
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.  
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, specific to position duties and responsibilities.  
• Preforms other related duties as assigned or required to support departmental goals.  Additional Details:  Work Environment:  Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a fast-paced environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear;

and, bending, stooping and carrying/ handling/moving weights of up to 25 pounds is also required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
