Shift Manager - Lead, Grow, and Make an Impact

Managers at our franchise‑owned McDonald's restaurants lead shifts every week, ensuring every guest receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. As a Shift Manager, you set the tone for the team, guide operations, and help deliver the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness we're known for.

What You'll Do

Shift Managers take ownership of the shift and help the team succeed. Your responsibilities may include:

+ Food Safety

+ Internal Communication

+ Inventory Management

+ Daily Maintenance & Cleanliness

+ Crew Management & Coaching

+ Quality Food Production

+ Exceptional Customer Service

+ Safety & Security Oversight

+ Scheduling Support

+ Training & Development

You'll plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald's standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff. You may also help your department meet its goals and targets.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking positive, dependable leaders who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. You'll be successful if you bring:

+ Previous leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)

+ A flexible schedule

+ A team‑first mindset

+ A passion for creating a great guest experience

+ The ability to lead with confidence and positivity

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.

Pay & Benefits

Starting pay: $15-$18/hr
