Restaurant Manager

Overview

Red Lobster is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations and ensure high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Create a safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies.
• Manage performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Select top talent to add to the winning team.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests at all times.
• Hire, train, and inspire restaurant staff.

• At least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• 2+ years in casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• Serv Safe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain required certifications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

USD $53,200.00 - USD $62,100.00 per year.
