A typical shift includes:

• Breading and cooking chicken to Richie’s standards
• Preparing sides, desserts, and cornbread according to recipes
• Maintaining fryer stations and cooking equipment
• Ensuring food quality, flavor, and presentation standards
• Preparing food according to daily prep lists
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Filtering and cleaning fryers according to company standards
• Supporting the team by learning multiple stations in the kitchen
