Plan and manage the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel's restaurant(s) and room service;
Manage the kitchen human resources, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, developing, empowering, coaching, and counseling staff;
Schedule and maintain sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and compliance with standards;
Monitor, analyze and control labor and food costs and generate reports to meet budgets;
Assist the Executive Chef in menu creation, costing, and implementation; cover for the Executive Chef in their absence
