Check server's and house person’s BEOs to ensure that all information is accurate;
Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) at the beginning of each shift to ensure room is set as contracted;
Be in communication with the Banquet Captain/ Lead Server in regard to any special needs;
Set tables, glassware, flatware and silver ware per dining rules and specification;
Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage
