Prepare meals across all kitchen stations for the PM shift at The Summit Hotel daily;
Work all kitchen stations including broiler, sauté, fry, pantry, and expediter;
Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and production standards while maintaining sanitary standards;
Assist in setting up buffet and maintaining buffet stocks;
Assist in controlling food cost and reducing waste
