• Must be able to lift a combined weight of fifty pounds.
• Must be of legal age to bartend per Ohio law.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must expect to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a bar scene that is constantly changing.
• Must be responsible, accountable and reliable.
• Must have basic alcohol and serving knowledge.
• Must know how to keep a clean workspace.
• Must be prepared to maintain safety and alcohol certifications as required by the business or local laws.

• One or more years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable in handling varying situations with customers.
  
  Experience with customer service-related jobs.
• Refined crowd management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
