SUZU Hospitality in Cincinnati’s Madisonville is seeking a Bar Assistant (Barback) to keep the bar stocked, clean, and service-ready, supporting the bartenders so the beverage program runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, anticipatory, and eager to learn the craft and grow into a bartending role. This is a non-exempt, tipped position with a base wage plus tips;
Ohio’s minimum wage requirements apply and tips often exceed the base pay.
