We are seeking a friendly and personable Host to join our team at Mercer Social House in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This is the perfect after school/weekend job!
Responsibilities- Seat guests and provide menus, silverware, etc.
- Bus tables and ensure cleanliness and order of dining room
- Make reservations and place takeout orders over the phone
- Friendly and personable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
