Cincinnati, OH 45208, Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly, This is as close as it gets without taking a plane. Our handcrafted menu is rustic and comforting. We have sourced the highest quality local and imported Italian ingredients we could find. Forno is Italian for oven. Our custom wood-burning oven is the centerpiece of our kitchen and provides inspiration for many of the items on the menu.

Our Neapolitan style pizzas cook at over 900 degrees with a thin crust and natural char in only 90 seconds!

We are looking for energetic, friendly individuals to help deliver a special, curated experience to each guest.

Servers attend to guests during a meal, helping them place their order and making sure they get their food and beverages in a timely manner. They greet guests and engage in friendly conversation with them to cultivate a hospitable, welcoming environment. Servers must be knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the menu so they can explain dishes to guests and clarify any concerns about allergies or styles of food preparation.

Servers submit orders to the kitchen and bring food out to guests when it is ready, filling their drinks and checking on other tables in the meantime. They help their tables pay their bill and make correct change, keeping track of receipts and tips. In addition to caring for guests, servers help maintain a clean and sanitary environment by bussing dishes, sweeping floors and completing other closing tasks.

• Prior experience in a food-serving establishment is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of wineand food items on the menu
• Must be friendly, attentive, and able to handle guest needs effectively
• Collaboration with other servers, kitchen staff, and hosts is vital for smooth service
• The ability to address guest complaints and resolve issues calmly and effectively is important.
• Accuracy in taking orders and handling payments is essential.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even during busy periods, is crucial.
• Punctuality and the ability to work scheduled shifts are necessary.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
