Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they strive to surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back.

For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it’s not just about selling soap – it’s about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time.
Responsibilities- Sales and Customer

Driving Sales:
Utilize Store Force dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store’s overall sales. - Customer
Experience:
Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Listen, ask open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and leave customers with a positive impression of Lush. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to attract traffic.
- Product Passion: Expand product knowledge through ongoing learning and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products.
- Development: Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and pursue development opportunities.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, promote teamwork, and recognize each employee’s contributions.
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual and reliable, participate in teamwork, and stay informed about company updates.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Stock and Inventory: Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales data.
- Policies and Procedures: Adhere to opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with consultation-based service models
- Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Kenwood Towne Centre Pay: $14.50 USD
