Stocking Specialist- Store

Responsible for stocking merchandise throughout the store including the sales floor, cooler, back office and freezer. Stocking Specialists are part‑time associates scheduled for 10‑20 hours per week and may be assigned to any shift.

• Stock merchandising, properly rotating stock and checking code dates.
• Sales Floor – Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with in‑store merchandise.
• Cooler – Stock beverages and refrigerated items in the cooler.
• Fresh Food – May prep and stock fresh food items.
• Ice Cream – Responsible for stocking ice cream on the sales floor and organizing an ice cream freezer.
• Back Office – Organize, stock, and re‑stock the back‑office area to maintain an orderly back room.
• Maintain property, keeping the store and lot in a safe, clean, and organized condition, cleaning store equipment and monitoring product and refrigeration equipment temperatures.

• At least 16 years of age

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• A strong work ethic

• Strength to lift up to 21 lbs.
