Assists the Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects;
Leads, trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members; conducts performance evaluations;
Maintains creative store layout, product merchandising, and exceptional retail execution;
Develops and maintains vendor relationships and handles paperwork for vendor processing;
Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader and ensures customer service and team morale
