Target - Up to $23.65/hour - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a service culture and deliver the guest service experience by greeting guests and solving their needs.;
Promote current promos and loyalty programs; assist with enrollment.;
Be knowledgeable about tools, products, services and guide guests to use features like the Target App, Wallet, and online ordering options (OPU, Drive Up).;
Scan and bag items efficiently, process transactions accurately, and minimize guest wait time.;
Maintain a clean, safe work area; stock supplies and follow safety policies; support returns per policies.
