Manager In Training _ Part Time

Hibbett Sports -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in determining action plans to accomplish departmental and store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.;
Supervise employees in the absence of the Store Manager and carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.;
Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett.
