Entry‑level sales position supporting the DIY business and achieving sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and part knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers. Position may be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification preferred.

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales targets.
• Deliver DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper blade installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back‑stock management.

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Perform general stocking, including truck stocking and back‑stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Skill with delivery board systems.
• Friendly and effective communication.
• Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and inventory systems.
• Proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems.
• Expertise with testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service.

• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus); strong communication to build relationships with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Accurate basic math skills.
• Availability to work various days, evenings, and weekends as required.

• 3‑5 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail setting, providing superior customer experiences.

• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facings, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking and back‑stock.

• Basic driving and navigation ability.

Hourly rate: $13.15 – $13.98 (new team member). Rate varies with location, experience, education, leadership roles, and shift differential.
