Now, we're looking for a Retail E-Commerce Team Member to help bring our unique, donated treasures to life online. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and love the thrill of discovering hidden gems, this could be the perfect fit.

As a key part of our online sales team, you'll:
- Sort, research, and process a wide variety of donated goods
- Authenticate and categorize jewelry, including precious metals and gemstones
- Photograph items to highlight important features for online buyers
- Write clear, accurate, and compelling product listings
- Track and label inventory using online systems
- Pull, package, and ship sold orders quickly and efficiently
- Participate in inventory purges as needed
- Meet daily and hourly production goals
- Move and organize merchandise using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks
- Support other duties that keep the e-commerce operation thriving
- Experience in a warehouse setting (preferred)
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A commitment to meeting daily quotas and goals
- Drive for excellence and high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and twisting for up to eight hours
- Frequent exposure to airborne particles
Supervision: This is a non-supervisory position.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
