• Availability: set weekly schedule with mix of mornings, days, and nights; availability on weekends and holidays as required; consistent punctuality and regular attendance.

• Legal: must be at least 18 years old (16–17 eligible in certain states).

Requires prolonged standing (4–14 hours/day), stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly (sometimes heavier); occasional ladder or stair climbing; requires good vision including color differentiation; moderately noisy retail environment.

• Pay range: $11.00–$11.50 per hour.
• 401(k) plan eligibility.
