Title:

Customer Service Representative

• Greet customers, run the register and cashier
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program
• Assist with store appearance and work in many areas inside and outside the store
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks

• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Ability to sell products to customers
• Quick pace while having fun
• Team player to accomplish daily goals
• Problem solving and quick thinking
• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs

• Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour
