Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.
Job Type: Per Required Need.
Work Location: Market - SS - OH - Cincinnati.
Role2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The role involves installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. The installer works independently, meets deadlines, uses mobile applications and technology to complete assignments, and maintains strong communication and organizational skills to manage store‑level relationships and ensure top‑quality execution.
Key Responsibilities- Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Complete required forms and surveys before leaving the job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist teammates as needed and contribute to the team’s success.
- Adhere to accurate timecard submission timelines and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Be available for weekend assignments as required.
- Adjust to variable hours, including occasional weekends, early mornings, and holidays based on store/client requirements.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
- Must reliably transport within 90 miles of the home location and possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to a variety of tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication skills via phone, text, email, and smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, and app use.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
- Experience with installation and merchandising; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Complete all training assignments within the designated time frame; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Superior leadership, judgment, problem‑solving, time‑management, and reporting skills.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership abilities to represent the company and maintain professional standards.
- $16.25 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.

- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
