Responsibilities- Help oversee store's daily operations and manage sales and team members' personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for opening/closing as scheduled and bank deposits.
- At least 1–2 years of previous retail management experience.
- Business background preferred.
- Knowledge of hardware related products and willingness to learn.
- Computer skills necessary for store operations.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Ability & flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift.
